The greatest songwriter of our times has been making cover versions all his life – obviously from his first self titled album until this years album, “Triplicate”.

In the following list I´ve collected original versions or in some times more relevant versions of mostly all songs Bob Dylan has covered on regular studio albums from 1962 – 2017.

In some cases you really understand the beauty or the truth Dylan saw in the version played here, other times you have to struggle or listen to different versions to understand this. Nevertheless, the list is a source for exploring the tracks of some of the journeys Dylan has taken through the years.
